Invite a Friend
Do It With A Friend
When in private counsel, your counselor is your accountability partner. The one you share your fears, doubts and challenges with. Part of the therapeutic process comes through the element of accountability.
While this study can be done privately, it is highly recommend that you invite a friend to travel this journey with you. Your friend will need to purchase his or her own program. They will benefit from True Confidence, as much as you do!
The role of your friend is mainly to hold you accountable to do the homework. The homework is designed to help you see yourself as you are today and help you make the necessary changes to become the person you want to be. A high degree of success of True Confidence depends on completing the homework after each session.
Finally, while your accountability partner may be very supportive and encouraging, they are not your counselor, nor are you a counselor to them. Be careful not to pressure your accountability friend in this way.
