About True Confidence

True Confidence is a personal on-line study designed to change the way you think and feel about yourself, about your situation and about your options in life. It has been designed to help you move from low personal outlook to confidence and self-acceptance.

True Confidence includes 8 sessions, each containing:

  • A private video/counseling session, where you will be face to face with Elaine as she presents the concepts of the session.
  • Notes to download so that you can follow along as Elaine speaks.
  • Homework to help you practically apply the presented concept to your own personal situation.

System Requirements

To access the videos and PDF workbook for True Confidence, you will need to first create an account, then log in to your account and purchase the True Confidence course. Payment is done securely through PayPal.

There is no charge for having an account. Charges only apply to the purchase of course material.

  • You will require a computer that is capable of playing video files including sound, which any computer that has been purchased within the last 8 years should be fully capable of. If you have Windows 2000 or Windows XP, you shouldn't have any problems. If you use Mac OS X, you may need to download the Windows Media Player for Mac here.
  • To view the videos, all you require is a video player like Windows Media Player or Quicktime, which come pre-installed on the Windows and Mac OS X operating systems respectively. Alternatively, if you have the Adobe (Macromedia) Flash Player installed, you can view the videos online by simply visiting the appropriate area of the web site while you are logged in. The Flash Player is free software.
  • Lastly, to view or print the workbook, you require Adobe Acrobat Reader, or an alternative PDF viewer such as Foxit Reader. Both of these applications are also free.
